Yoginis song "Basant Blue" chosen as Finalist in World of Music Awards by WOMEX
We are proud to announce that our song "Basant Blue" from the Yoginis album Terra Shivaiya has been chosen as a finalist in the World of Music Awards, which is sponsored by the WOMEX organization, and run through an initiative called the We Are Listening program.
To be chosen by this panel quite an honor.
Note the mention of another of our songs, Jog Jazz, indicating that the judges were actually consodering two of our songs.
The song is co-composed by me, Vishal Nagar, and Ujwaal Nagar during my stay in Delhi, India in 2006. This is also one of the songs that was chosen to be in the Dalai Lama Renaissance documentary.

This is just a quick note to let you know that your song Basant Blue was selected as a Finalist for the World of Music Awards, presented by We Are Listening. The judges also liked DDA Flat Nine but it was Basant Blue that captured their attention.
